We accept payment only in Euros.

When you book your treatment, please tell us about any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment.

​

 

We suggest booking your treatments well in advance to ensure the availability of your preferred date, time and service. Please note that to arrive at the location of the treatment we will need at least 90 minutes advance notice.

​

 

Appointments can be scheduled only by whatsapp,

we reply from 9 AM to 8.30 PM.

​

 

Any bookings from 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM will incur a 50% surcharge.

For customized Group bookings a 50% deposit is required.

​

 

For treatments lasting 60 minutes (per therapist) that are conducted more than 15km away from Ibiza Town and take place on a boat, a €10 /15 travel supplement applies. However, for treatments lasting 90 minutes or more, this supplement is waived. An additional charge of €20 applies for services booked on boats anchored in roadsteads.

For beauty services such as manicures, pedicures, or shellac treatments, there is a minimum spending requirement of €100.

We recommend booking at least two treatments to meet this threshold.

​

 

Our team will aim to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment whenever possible to ensure your treatments begin promptly.

Please make sure you are available to welcome them.

​

Late arrivals attributable to the client may result in shortened treatment times to prevent delays for subsequent appointments. A waiting time fee will be incurred after 30 minutes, charged at 50% of the quoted rate, and after 60 minutes, the client will be charged the full rate.

​

 

Prices are without 21% vat.

 

 

It is advisable to shower prior to all body treatments.

​

​

It is recommended for men to shave prior to their facial treatment.

​

 

 Gift Cards are valid for six months.

​

 

Cancellation within 24 hours of the service start time incurs no penalty. After this period, the full cost of the booked service will be charged.
